Refund policy

At Nova Athletics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and parts (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts not due to our error

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
